Payment Methods

RonzaGeorge currently accepts Visa, Master Card, and Direct Deposit payments. You can choose which one you wish to make your payment with during checkout.

Credit card payments are taken using Paypal. You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to pay RonzaGeorge using your credit card. Paypal is a secure and fast way that RonzaGeorge accepts your payment. You only need to continue your checkout and follow all the sets and pay using your credit card. Direct Deposit (internet transfer, EFT) payments are direct transfers from your bank account to ours. Delivery using direct deposit will take longer as we need to wait until your payment has been cleared in our account; this generally takes 1-4 days depending on your financial institution. We will allow 5 days from purchase for your payment to clear after which time we reserve the right to cancel your order. RonzaGeorge bank account details will be provided if you choose this payment method at the end of your checkout. All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars only. If you wish to find the approximate value in your currency please visit a currency converter website such as www.xe.com.

Refunds:

We sincerely hope that you are completely satisfied and love your RonzaGeorge purchase, however in the event that you wish to return an item or your item is faulty please read our return policy. below.

1. Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
2. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
3. Due to hygiene regulations, there are no returns for earrings.
4. If RonzaGeorge agrees to refund or exchange goods, it will be done so less any expenses incurred by RonzaGeorge.

6. RonzaGeorge will contact you to discuss and method of refund. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded under any circumstances.

Delivery

Within Australia Orders placed within Australia or goods shipped to an Australian residence are subject to a Delivery Charge of $12.00. Delivery of Products within Australia is effected using courier companies, such as Couriers Please, first Fleet or Toll. We also use Registered Post by Australia Post.

International

RonzaGeorge delivers to most destinations around the world. Orders placed outside Australia may be subject to the relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdiction from which the order was placed. RonzaGeorge uses international courier companies, such as DHL, to deliver Products outside of Australia.
Delivery costs are $40.00 Once an order is made, RonzaGeorge will notify you via email once order is received. A second email will be sent to notify you when goods have been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times

Within Australia, the estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 working days. Please let us know if any orders are urgent in the comments section as you are checking out of your shopping cart. For International Deliveries, approximate delivery times is 10 working days. RonzaGeorge will not be liable to you for any loss or damage or if the product is not delivered within the estimated timeframes.

All deliveries must be signed for. Risk and title in the Product will pass to you upon you, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signing for receipt of the product. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, the product will be returned to the depot by the courier company. The courier company may attempt further delivery of the product to you, however, if this is not effected RonzaGeorge will arrange for the return of the product to RonzaGeorge and refund the price to you, less any shipping costs incurred by RonzaGeorge, and less relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdiction from which the order was placed.

Gift Wrapping

All our Products come beautifully Gift wrapped. All products will be delivered in the same delivery. To have products delivered separately please process each as separate orders, standard freight costs apply for each.
